Purchase and delivery
We offer a range of 100% secure payment methods. Credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Postfinance card, American Express), PayPal, Twint, ApplePay and GooglePay.
- We offer free international delivery.
- Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 working days. They are then delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
Customs duties and taxes may apply. Please note that you will be responsible for these costs.
A tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as your order has been dispatched.
We thoroughly inspect every watch or article before offering it in our store and, if necessary, ensure that it is fully serviced. However, defects do occur, which is why we offer a 12-month warranty on every watch purchased.
This warranty covers only mechanical defects (related to movement) and excludes problems related to normal wear and tear, accidents or improper use.
No items may be returned if they conform to their specifications. Only a defective item is eligible for return for exchange or refund.
In this case only, please contact us at info(at)juval.ch within a maximum of 5 days of receipt of the order and we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund.
