payment and delivery
Free delivery
We usually dispatch your package within 1 to 2 days. Delivery time is generally one working day in Europe and 2 to 3 working days in the rest of the world. Shipping costs are at our expense.
Orders are sent by FedEx. For orders outside Switzerland, customs duties and taxes may apply. Please note that you will be responsible for these costs.

We use SSL encryption for online transactions to protect your card information.

Returns
return policy
Your satisfaction with Juval Horlogerie is very important to us. However, please note that only defective items are eligible for return for refund.
In this case only, please contact us at customer@juval.ch as soon as you receive your order, and we will be happy to help you with the procedure.
refund
Returned products must be in their original condition. This includes all documents, user manuals, service documents and boxes. If the product is not in its original condition, we may refuse the return or refund a lesser amount.
Provided the products are returned to us in their original condition, we will refund your purchase as soon as possible, but within 30 days at the latest.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the parcel reaches us in good condition. We accept no responsibility for products lost or damaged before they reach us.
Warranty
1-year warranty
We thoroughly inspect every watch or article before offering it in our store and, if necessary, ensure that it is fully serviced. However, defects do occur, which is why we offer a 12-month warranty on every watch purchased.
This warranty covers only mechanical defects (related to movement) and excludes problems related to normal wear and tear, accidents or improper use.
